PROFILE IDEAL (Spanish) Experiencia previa en ventas, customer service, call center, cobranza, retail, cashier o atención al cliente. Bilingüe inglés/español. Gusto por trabajar con metas, seguimiento y servicio al cliente. Capacidad para explicar información de manera clara, profesional y respetuosa. Interés en ayudar a la comunidad a través de educación financiera y orientación responsable. Deseo de crecer dentro de una empresa estable. Capacitación y entrenamiento continuo. Bilingual English/Spanish. Enjoys working with goals, follow-up, and customer service. Able to explain information clearly, professionally, and respectfully. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collections Management: Manage daily outreach via calls and messages to negotiate payment agreements and follow up on commitments. Campaigns and Prospecting: Execute renewal campaigns, manage leads, and schedule appointments with clients. Customer Service: Use active listening to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions. Administration and Operations: Support log control, maintain office order, and perform general administrative tasks. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Sales and collections experience preferred. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Sales, Financial Services). Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns professionally. Strong phone presence; comfortable with high call volume. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Strong numeric/data accuracy; computer proficiency (typing speed 40 wpm minimum). Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth. Open to ongoing coaching and committed to becoming an expert in consumer credit. High School diploma required; College preferred. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of client information. Schedule may vary based on business needs. Note: Apoyo Financiero does not offer remote/hybrid positions. All positions are on-site.
