Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages.
- Follow all steps of service to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Prepare drinks according to recipe standards and maintain knowledge of drink names, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of wines, specialty beverages, and menu descriptions.
- Ensure bar stock is maintained at appropriate levels and complete daily inventory.
- Verify all guests are at least 21 years of age and sell beverages responsibly.
- Maintain smooth communication between bar and server requests.
- Complete all side work as outlined in the manual and assist with tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines for a clean and orderly service area.
Requirements
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
- Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Clean and professional appearance.
- Enthusiastic about the 21c brand and exhibits strong beverage knowledge.
- Must pass a background check.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Requires lifting of up to 50 lbs.
