Installation Associate

Volt is immediately hiring for an Installation Associate, in Pittsburgh, PA.

As an Installation Associate, you will be:

• Responsible for accurate handling and installation of gas and electric household appliances like dishwashers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, vent hoods, microwaves, refrigerators, and laundry for standard residential/new build installations.
• Responsible for properly following all proper installation procedures and techniques and test to ensure proper functionality.
• Responsible for installing appliances by the manufacturer using hand and power tools and other equipment.
• Responsible for performing quality checks on work performed by you and coworkers.
• Responsible for participating in associate meetings and communicating any concerns to management.
• Responsible for utilizing 3rd party software applications entering data to document work performed daily.

This is a full-time contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with Appliance Delivery and Installation Service is required for advanced skilled candidates.
• Experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing, or home appliance products or installations recommended.
• Experience of inspecting and maintaining forklift equipment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience of material Handling.
• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
