General Manager

Hwy 55 is looking for a motivated and professional General Operator to oversee our day‑to‑day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is passionate about achieving their own goals and engaging their team to do the same. Responsibilities Manage the restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality service and excellent customer experience. Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and maintain financial stability. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and open communication. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Understanding of financial statements and restaurant operations. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
