About HydroSmart

We’re a locally owned, family-operated water treatment company that is partnered with The Home Depot.  We service homeowners across South Carolina. We help families enjoy cleaner, healthier water through whole-home filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and well water treatment. As we grow, we’re looking for motivated phone professionals to join our team and help connect more SC families with the water quality solutions they need.  Our partnership with Home Depot as well as our other marketing sources provides us with warm leads to call.

Hours start at 4:00pm-8:00pm and can go up based on performance 

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule free in-home water quality tests

• Follow up on leads generated through our marketing channels

• Clearly communicate the value of a no-obligation water test in a friendly, conversational way

• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment details in our CRM

• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals

• Work closely with our in-home sales team to ensure smooth handoffs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting

• Confident, upbeat communicator who can build rapport quickly

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Comfortable working toward daily call and appointment targets

• Reliable, professional, and a team player

• Experience in home services, water treatment, or health/wellness is a plus — but not required
