Litigation Associate Attorney – Orange County & Century City, CA

Position Overview
As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you’ll report directly to senior attorneys and partners, managing complex litigation matters in both state and federal court. The position offers a diverse caseload and meaningful responsibility in all stages of litigation. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Performing in-depth legal research and analysis
- Communicating directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Supporting trial preparation and strategy
- Managing deadlines, court filings, and case timelines in a fast-paced setting
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from both the Orange County and Los Angeles offices, depending on your location.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Minimum 4 years of general litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases independently and collaboratively
Compensation and Benefits
