1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Overtime and Saturdays available as needed

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Distribution Technician. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations within a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Package, label, and verify products before shipping.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Assemble and kit products for customer orders.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organize inventory and store materials in designated locations.
• Complete required documentation and inventory transactions.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, and packing.
• Kitting or assembly experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Inventory control or cycle count experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
