Globys, a division of Harris, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who handles Tier 1/2 issues end-to-end for international carrier customers. You will diagnose data anomalies, reproduce issues with SQL, and guide clients through configuration fixes across web app and API layers. This remote role is open to US candidates in the Central Time Zone. We value self-directed engineers who document findings, write RCA and KB articles, and use AI responsibly to accelerate problem solving. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harris Computer
