Dietitian Hourly Rate: $30.25- $36.87 USD Job Summary: Absolut Care of Aurora Park, a premier healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in creating personalized nutrition plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents. Responsibilities: Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans based on resident assessments and clinical data Conduct nutrition screenings and assessments to identify individual needs and preferences Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and provide nutrition education to residents and their families Provide feeding assistance and support to residents with dysphagia or other swallowing disorders Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans, making adjustments as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care Requirements: Must be a Registered Dietitain Registration or Eligibility for Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration New York State licensure as a Registered Dietitian Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment #J-18808-Ljbffr absolutcare
