Payroll Specialist

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support payroll processing, including reviewing and validating timekeeping data

• Assist employees with pay, deductions, and payroll inquiries

• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies

• Process adjustments, new hires, and employee changes

• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance teams

• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of payroll, HR, or timekeeping experience

• Knowledge of payroll processes and wage laws

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in Accounting preferred

• Experience with payroll systems (ADP, UKG, Paycom, or Workday)

• Intermediate Excel skills

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
