MRI Technologist

Lutheran Hospital, IN

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Shift: 07:30 AM - 08:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch required)

We are seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a variety of MRI procedures and working within an acute care setting, contributing to outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform MRI procedures with attention to detail and patient safety.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain equipment functionality and adhere to industry standards.
Provide patient education regarding the MRI process and follow-up care.
Participate in periodic training and quality assurance activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

ARRT certification in MRI (R)(MR) is required.
Current BLS certification.
1-2 years of acute care experience is preferred.
Experience with pacemakers is a plus.
