Quality Labor Management is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Certified Flagger for a Contract role in Charleston, South Carolina. Pay Range $16-$18 per hour Responsibilities: Manage traffic flow at construction sites and during lane closures. Place and remove signs, cones, and barriers to direct traffic. Communicate with construction personnel and drivers about traffic patterns and detours. Observe and report any hazardous conditions or incidents on the work site. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to traffic control. Qualifications: Certification as a Flagger from a recognized program (e.g., American Traffic Safety Services Association – ATSSA). Experience working with highway and road construction projects. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work well in a team environment. Physical fitness and flexibility to work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Skills: Ability to stand for long periods. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to handle high-stress situations and react quickly to emergencies. Effective communication skills.
