Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians to join one of our large-scale manufacturing clients at their Osceola, IA facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for the preventative maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of both production and packaging equipment, keeping the line running safely and efficiently across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These are hands-on, highly technical maintenance roles, you'll be a go-to problem solver when equipment goes down, diagnosing and repairing issues on high-speed, heavy-duty industrial machinery.

We have several schedule opportunities available:

1st Option — 3 shifts, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)

2nd Option — 1 shift, Tuesday–Saturday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)

3rd Option — 3 shifts on a 3-2-2 rotating schedule, 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Skills and Requirements

Experience troubleshooting 3-phase motors and performing high-level, heavy-duty mechanical and electrical repairs on industrial equipment.

Background in a manufacturing / industrial environment (a facility that produces a physical product) in a production and/or maintenance capacity.

Hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience.

Comfortable working in cooler environments.
