JOB DESCRIPTION: A Caldwell Toyota Sales Professional helps automobile buyers discover which vehicle best fits their needs, including budget. You will work directly with buyer showing the available vehicles, explaining their features, advantages & benefits and answering any questions the buyer may have, then helping them come to a decision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: (OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.)

• Demonstrate vehicles features, advantages & benefits tailored to individual buyers; taking test drives; comparing to competitive models
• Prospect daily for potential buyers
• Perform owner follow up to encourage repeat and referral business
• Continual self guided product knowledge: learning about new product updates, features, accessories
