Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Petoskey, Michigan. The role focuses on providing rehabilitative care under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients in a skilled nursing setting recover from injuries or illnesses, and improving their mobility and overall quality of life. You will work with patients in a skilled nursing setting recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long‑term care settings preferred. Ability to follow PT plan of care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel PTA experience preferred. Familiarity with common skilled nursing documentation systems preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 0830-1630. Work pattern: Five 8‑hour shifts per week (5x8).
