Contract | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a medical/surgical infectious disease clinic setting
• Support clinical operations and patient management in an ambulatory/clinic environment
• Coordinate and assist with case management activities as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Ambulatory or clinic experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in infectious disease nursing
• Case management background or experience
• Familiarity with clinic-based workflows and patient education
