Shipping & Receiving Associate

Description

Key Responsibilities

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and orders
Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment
Inspect deliveries for damage or shortages and coordinate resolutions
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain bin locations
Route parts to departments and coordinate branch transfers
Pull and ship dirty cores and obsolete parts
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with stock replenishment and bin relocations
Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
1+ years of related experience or training
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on your feet
Valid Florida Driver's License with reliable transportation
Forklift experience a plus (training available)
