Remote RN: 24/7 Patient Triage & Care Advisor
Carle Health
Carle Health is seeking an RN to join the Patient Advisory team in Champaign, IL. The role starts with 6 months of in-office training before moving to remote telehealth triage, requiring strong nursing judgment and excellent communication to care for patients 24/7.
You will document encounters in Epic, manage medications, coordinate care, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Carle Health system.
