Orthopaedic Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Role Summary A healthcare organization is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support its Orthopaedic service line. This role focuses on delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care across outpatient and procedural settings, working closely with orthopaedic surgeons and a collaborative clinical team. The position plays a key role in improving patient mobility, recovery outcomes, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions Assist in surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory studies Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Perform clinical procedures such as joint injections, splinting, and casting Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery processes, injury prevention, and long-term health management Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program Active state licensure and national certification as an NP or PA Eligibility for or active DEA license Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in orthopaedics or a related specialty Experience with fracture care and musculoskeletal imaging Familiarity with procedural-based care in outpatient or surgical settings Compensation & Work Model Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 annually Work Model: Onsite / Clinical setting Benefits Performance-based incentives Student loan repayment assistance Sign-on bonus Comprehensive health benefits package On-site childcare support (where available) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative, team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Twenty80 llc
