Senior Manager, Development Systems
Corcept Therapeutics
Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager for Development Systems to lead clinical trial technology platforms and data integrations. The role manages GxP-compliant systems, oversees process alignment, and drives organizational change management across development operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to map business processes and develop SOPs aligned with GxP compliance
- Manage configuration, administration, and lifecycle of clinical development systems
- Assess vendor releases for technical and regulatory impact; maintain system compliance
- Lead system release projects from planning through post-deployment validation and monitoring
- Design and implement data migration strategies ensuring integrity and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Experience managing GxP clinical trial systems (CTMS, eTMF, or similar)
- Expertise in system configuration, validation, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
- Knowledge of clinical development operations and data integrity requirements
- Experience with change management and end-user training programs
- Project management skills for complex system implementations and releases
