ABA Behavior Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team in Springfield, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver evidence-based ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavioral treatment plans, collecting data, and communicating with families and team members to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients in their natural environments to implement behavioral treatment plans Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to adapt treatment plans and address client needs Provide accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress Maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer: Join our team and become part of a collaborative and supportive environment where clinicians feel empowered to do their best work.
