A-Line Staffing is now hiring a  Sr Project Analyst in  Johnston, RI . The  Sr Project Analyst would be working for a  Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential.  Full time / 40+ hrs/wk.

Sr Project Analyst Compensation:   Based on experience ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Sr Project Analyst Highlights: contract role; onsite to start with  limited hybrid flexibility (typically 1–2 days/week WFH later); full-time schedule (40 hrs/week)

Sr Project Analyst Responsibilities

• Support resource management, vendor management, and contract sourcing activities across corporate functions
• Manage day-to-day operational processes for vendor/resource intake
• Track/coordinate financials, vendor items, and capacity/resource planning
• Reconcile resources and support sourcing-related work
• Track intake items; support intake board activities
• Manage ticket/JIRA board and route requests to the appropriate teams
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and address operational issues (ex: time-booking discrepancies)

Sr Project Analyst Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

• Strong Excel proficiency
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• 2–3 years of related experience (project analyst / PMO / vendor or resource coordination)

Sr Project Analyst Preferred Qualifications

• Tableau or Power BI
• Agile environment experience
• JIRA experience
