Community Driver - Senior Living

As a Driver, you provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation while ensuring resident comfort and vehicle safety standards are upheld every trip. What You’ll Do: Provide safe transportation to appointments and outings Assist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinations Maintain focus on safe driving at all times Conduct pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment Complete required driving logs and documentation Report resident changes in condition Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety standards Assist with activities when not driving What We’re Looking For: HS Diploma/GED; age 21+ Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record CPR certification (as required) Strong communication and time management skills Ability to remain calm in emergencies Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure mobility devices Driver – Provide Safe, Caring Transportation for Seniors Driver | Senior Living Transportation | Growth Pay Range: 17.30 - 21.70 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
