Parts Manager

About Us: Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Parts Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Primary duties include: • Managing and supervising a team of parts associates, including hiring, training, and scheduling. • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering parts as needed to meet customer demand. • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of parts orders, including packaging, labeling, and timely delivery. • Assisting customers with parts inquiries, identifying the correct parts for their RV, and providing outstanding customer service. • Developing and implementing strategies to increase parts sales and profitability. • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and quality standards. • Collaborating with other departments, such as service and sales, to meet customer needs and improve overall operations. • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in RV parts. • Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements • Previous experience in parts management, preferably in the automotive or RV industry. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts inventory management software. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent.
