A reputable home health care provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in their homes across various locations.

Shift Details
This is a day shift position consisting of 5 shifts, each lasting 8 hours (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM). The role guarantees 36 hours per week, though the expected caseload includes visiting 5-6 patients daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one therapy to home health patients, ensuring high-quality care and satisfaction.
- Manage a daily caseload of patients, which may include visiting up to 6 individuals per day.
- Complete timely documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Utilize provided documentation tools and ensure their return post-use.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred.
- Experience with a range of patient conditions, including but not limited to post-operative recovery, cognitive disorders, and rehabilitation needs.
Certifications and Licenses
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
Additional Notes
Candidates should have their own transportation as the role may involve travel within a 50-mile radius. The provider offers free parking and adheres to IRS standard mileage reimbursement practices for travel.

Any color scrubs are acceptable for this role.
