We need this onsite as the Local team has historically maintained an onshore Development Lead because the role is critical to the success of a customer-facing platform that requires rapid decision-making, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement during U.S. business hours.

The project has multiple sites in React/Next JS that need to be supported with new development work, production support, SEO improvements

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)

· Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards for Next.js development

· Building reusable components in Storybook to help us build and maintain a robust, reusable components and libraries

· Build user interfaces with a proven ability to ensure alignment with design requirements.

· Strong experience in building modular, independent React applications using Micro-frontend architecture

What skills/technologies are required (please include the number of years of experience required)?

· React, HTML5, CSS3, and Typescript -> Approx 10 years of experience

NextJS - 1+ years of experience

Proficient in NextJS, HTML5, CSS3, and Typescript, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic by optimizing site structure, improving page speed, and implementing semantic markup.

Experience in Storybook to help us build and maintain a robust, reusable components and libraries
