Job Overview The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruitment team at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, TX, by managing administrative tasks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role is crucial in facilitating efficient recruitment operations and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in‑person) for candidates with hiring managers and interview panels, coordinating calendars and sending confirmations. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate statuses, inputting data, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and assist with pre‑employment screenings (background checks, drug tests) as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements for out‑of‑town candidates. Assist with the development and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and career sites. Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Maintain organized recruitment files and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Generate recruitment reports and provide data as requested by the HR team. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within Human Resources or Recruitment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong customer service orientation with a professional and approachable demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional travel to local recruitment events.
