Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Management Analyst at X Wounds. The Management Analyst will evaluate business processes, operational performance, and financial data to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. Daily responsibilities include collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, preparing reports and dashboards, and developing recommendations to support strategic initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting program management activities, and assisting with the design and delivery of training related to new processes and systems. The Management Analyst will also contribute to project planning, risk identification, and implementation follow-up to ensure sustainable improvements.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Foundational knowledge of finance to analyze budgets, cost structures, and ROI for initiatives.
Experience with program management, including coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Ability to design and deliver training materials or sessions that support process changes and new tools.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools); familiarity with basic statistics is beneficial.
Experience in healthcare, wound care, or clinical operations is an advantage but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
