Key Responsibilities Directly lead and work along with a crew of cabling/telecommunication technicians. Layout work and ensure equipment and information are on site to meet construction schedules and deadlines. Provide hands‑on technical and administrative direction while supervising large crews. Lead small to large projects and coordinate with customer representatives. Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements Self‑motivated, positive approach, professional, and able to develop and implement project process improvements. Promote company culture and mission to employees, vendors, clients and partners. Act as the company liaison for interface with customer representatives. Proven problem‑solving, critical thinking, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to work at heights, off a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds. Able to see and distinguish different colors, read small print and hear & recognize audible signals such as dial tones. Travel within branch or regional territory as needed. Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalency. Minimum of five (5) years experience in telecommunications or related technical field. Minimum of six (6) months supervisory or managerial experience. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and other project documents; understanding specifications, reporting and quality requirements. Knowledge of universal communications color codes. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project). Meet company minimum driving standards. Salary USD $32.00/Hr. – USD $45.00/Hr. Additional Requirements Must possess BICSI certification. Must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and criminal history check. Minimum years of experience: 4‑6.
