Our Springfield, MO facility performs manufacturing operations for biological storage units. Responsibilities Ensures that all welds meet quality assurance standards Determines appropriate welds per specifications Efficiently and effectively manages time and resources Various other duties as necessary Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Welding School Degree/Certificate highly preferred Previous TIG Welding Experience Position Requirements Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Above average math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately Knowledge of basic shop tools Good interpersonal and communication skills Critical attention to detail Compensation Base Compensation: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour.
