Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment. Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures. Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. A Shipping Associate is responsible for coordinating the movement of products into and out of a warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient distribution operations. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to workplace safety. Successful Shipping Associate professionals understand receiving procedures, shipping documentation, inventory practices, and material handling techniques. Accuracy and consistency help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped correctly.
