AVAILABILITY

We are currently prioritizing candidates with flexible availability who can work a combination of:

• Opening shifts
• Mid shifts
• Closing shifts
• Weekdays
• Evenings
• Weekends, including Sundays

Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Weekend availability, including Sundays, is an important requirement for this position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Front of House & Drive-Thru Team Member, you will be trained in multiple guest-facing positions, including Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Expo/Order Fulfillment, and Dining Room.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome every guest with genuine Southern Hospitality
• Take guest orders quickly and accurately
• Learn our menu and confidently answer guest questions
• Recommend menu items, desserts, promotions, and limited-time offers
• Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately
• Communicate clearly and enthusiastically through the drive-thru speaker
• Create a friendly and welcoming experience at the drive-thru window
• Prepare beverages and assist with order fulfillment
• Verify orders for accuracy before they are handed to guests
• Ensure sauces, drinks, sides, and other requested items are included
• Maintain clean and inviting dining rooms, restrooms, beverage stations, and guest areas
• Keep Front of House and Drive-Thru stations stocked and ready
• Work with urgency during busy periods without sacrificing hospitality or accuracy
• Support teammates wherever needed to provide an excellent guest experience

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality
• Must have weekend availability, including Sundays
• Must be able to work a combination of opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates
• Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and stoop when necessary
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures
• Willingness to learn and support multiple Front of House and Drive-Thru positions
