Production Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our precision manufacturing team. This role focuses on small-scale component assembly where accuracy and steady hands are essential. You will spend a significant portion of your shift working under a microscope to ensure every part meets our high-quality standards. Responsibilities Include Micro-Assembly: Perform intricate, small-scale assembly of components using tweezers, specialized hand tools, and microscopes. Visual Inspection: Conduct real-time quality checks under a scope to identify and correct defects or irregularities in small parts. Documentation: Maintain precise production records and equipment logs in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Communication: Read, write, and communicate fluently in English to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with engineering teams. Technical Adherence: Follow detailed blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure 100% compliance with product specifications.
