Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading. About the team + role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. Robinhood’s mission is to democratize finance for all by lowering barriers and increasing access to financial information. The Creative team plays a critical role in bringing this mission to life through compelling brand, marketing, and product experiences. As Head of Creative, you will lead the Robinhood Creative Team and set the creative vision across Brand and Marketing, while also influencing how the brand shows up in the product experience. Here’s what we expect from them: Drive high performance by setting clear, focused goals, giving real-time feedback, stretching top talent, and scaling impact through focus, innovation, and tech. Hire and retain top talent by setting a high bar, hiring only those who raise it, investing in onboarding, and addressing talent issues quickly and fairly. Create community by connecting work to purpose, removing friction while prioritizing safety, building trust and inclusion, and leading from the front with integrity. What we offer Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career. Performance‑driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching. If our mission energizes you and you’re ready to build the future of finance, we look forward to seeing your application. Equal Employment Opportunity Information Robinhood provides equal opportunity for all applicants, offers reasonable accommodations upon request, and complies with applicable equal employment and privacy laws. Inclusion is built into how we hire and work—welcoming different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences so everyone can do their best. Please review the Privacy Policy for your country of application. At Robinhood, we care deeply about diverse representation in our workforce as it supports our mission to democratize finance for all. In support of this goal, we encourage applicants to voluntarily identify demographic information. This information helps us to continue building a more inclusive workplace and to ensure effective recruiting programs that are inclusive of individuals across all backgrounds. Self‑identifying in this section is completely voluntary and if you choose not to provide any information, please select the “I don’t wish to answer” option under that question. Whatever your decision, data that you provide in this section will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Individuals seeking employment at Robinhood are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, neurodivergence, veteran status, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by law. You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity record‑keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements, and to be used in our efforts to recruit a diverse workforce. For more information on EEOC definitions, please reference this document. Voluntary Self‑Identification For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self‑identification survey. Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file. As set forth in Robinhood’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law. If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows: A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service‑connected disability. A “recently separated veteran” means any veteran during the three‑year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service. An “active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran” means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense. An “Armed forces service medal veteran” means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985. Voluntary Self‑Identification of Disability Form CC-305 Page 1 of 1 OMB Control Number 1250-0005 Expires 04/30/2026 Why are you being asked to complete this form? We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress toward this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more… How do you know if you have a disability? A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to: Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally) Autoimmune disorder, e.g., lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV/AIDS Blind or low vision Cancer (past or present) Cardiovascular or heart disease Celiac disease Cerebral palsy Deaf or serious difficulty hearing Diabetes Disfigurement, e.g., burns or congenital disorders Epilepsy or other seizure disorder Gastrointestinal disorders, e.g., Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome Intellectual or developmental disability Mental health conditions, e.g., depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD Missing limbs or partially missing limbs Mobility impairment, benefiting from the use of a wheelchair, scooter, walker, leg brace(s) and/or other supports Nervous system condition, e.g., migraine, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS) Neurodivergence, e.g., ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, dyspraxia, other learning disabilities Partial or complete paralysis (any cause) Pulmonary or respiratory conditions, e.g., tuberculosis, asthma, emphysema Short stature (dwarfism) Traumatic brain injury Public burden statement: According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, no persons are required to respond to a collection of information unless such collection displays a valid OMB control number. This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. By checking this box, I consent to Robinhood collecting, storing, and processing my responses to the demographic data surveys above. * #J-18808-Ljbffr
