Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in BOTH Illinois and Indiana

Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days

Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Must have reliable transportation
