Service Project Manager

Snapshot of Your Day Electrification - Automation - Digitalization (EAD) is searching for a Service‑Projects Manager to lead new and existing service contracts and modernization programs. Responsibilities Support a variety of activities in a fast‑paced growing environment, including: Direct customer communication. Personnel scheduling and logistics support for materials and people. Parts ordering, expediting, and documentation support. Supporting proposal efforts and billing support. Resolving competing objectives for positive outcomes. Overall commercial responsibility for revenue forecasting of the orders you manage. Scheduling engineers for ongoing jobs in coordination with technical lead engineer. Engineering documentation support (time sheets, expenses, reports, specification documents). Billing and invoicing, service time tracking, and revenue forecasting. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or related field preferred) or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in technical work support in a related field. Demonstrated skills in profit and business principles; familiarity with time‑and‑material jobs. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Experience with SAP preferred. Experience with Salesforce preferred. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.
