Deposit Operations Expert E-Banking & Payments Support

DR Bank

DR Bank seeks a Deposit Operations Specialist to support daily deposit and electronic banking activities, handle debit card support, and participate in Bank operations and e-Banking projects. You will resolve complex customer issues and assist with escalated calls from the Contact Center. Responsibilities include balancing ACH/Wire-related tasks, processing credits/debits, and ensuring accurate data input.
