Pay Rate: Starting at $30.00/hour

Job Summary


Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Inspector for a long-term project in Quanah, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background and be responsible for ensuring all job site operations comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Requirements

• OSHA 30 Certification (REQUIRED)
• Proven construction experience with a strong safety background
• Minimum of 2+ years safety experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
• Ability to recognize hazards and enforce corrective action
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and on active construction sites

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety inspections and audits
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
• Identify unsafe conditions and immediately implement corrective actions
• Conduct and document toolbox safety meetings
• Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and near-misses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety reports and logs
• Enforce proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Collaborate with supervisors and crews to maintain a safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale or long-term construction projects
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
