Qualifications\n

  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Massachusetts.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, with a preference for candidates versed in CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
