Receptionist - Dental Office
Are you looking for a great job that will allow you to have fun while you work? We are a fast-paced, rapidly expanding dental practice looking for someone to help manage our busy schedule.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greeting and scheduling patients. Collecting and checkin/checkout.
- Handling patient records and billing information scans in Open dental PMS. Route phone calls.
Patient Communication:
- Confirm appointments; Recare scheduling.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans.
- Address any questions or concerns in a professional manner (understand basics for PPO insurance and billing).
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience in a dental or medical office: Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, bilingual preference.
- Proficiency in dental software: Familiarity with dental practice management software, Open Dental, as well as basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
Compensation: 14-26$/hr.
