Unilock , a leading manufacturer of concrete paving stones and retaining walls, is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our Brewster, NY team. This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical production equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment installations Complete maintenance work orders and documentation Support a safe, clean, and reliable production environment Work a flexible schedule and rotate to night shift as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience , preferably in manufacturing Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems PLC/controls and CMMS experience preferred Welding and fabrication experience Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and commitment to safety What We Offer $28–$35/hour + Great Benefits Vacation and 48 hours of paid personal leave Medical benefits beginning the first of the month following hire 401(k) match + profit sharing Performance incentives and annual company bonuses Wellness/gym reimbursement Paid companywide holiday closure between Christmas and New Year's Stable, family‑owned company with opportunities for long‑term growth Why Unilock?
