Adult ESL Teacher

Job Responsibilities
Develop personalized teaching plans and phased learning schedules based on students’ actual English proficiency and learning goals, covering daily conversation, business English, practical communication and other scenarios.
Deliver one-on-one English tutoring, including lesson preparation, in-class teaching, after-class exercise guidance, and tracking & feedback on learning outcomes.
Create an immersive English learning environment for learners to help them improve their English proficiency naturally through daily interactions.
Evaluate students’ learning progress on a regular basis, and adjust teaching strategies and content difficulty promptly according to feedback.
Flexibly adjust teaching schedules in coordination with supervisors to ensure continuity and stability of teaching.
Strictly abide by confidentiality obligations; do not disclose supervisors’ personal information, family details or teaching content to external parties.
(For foreign candidates) Comply with the laws and regulations of China and administrative rules for foreign nationals. Shall not engage in activities outside the scope permitted by the visa.

Job Requirements
Native or near-native English proficiency with authentic pronunciation and fluent, accurate oral expression.
Basic Chinese communication skills (HSK Level 3 or above, or capable of daily Chinese conversation) to conduct basic communication with the employer’s family and assistants.
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Education, Linguistics, English Teaching or related fields are preferred.
Hold at least one international language teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL (120 hours or above), CELTA.
Possess a valid passport and be eligible to apply for Z work visa and work-type residence permit legally. Under current regulations, foreign teachers from native English-speaking countries with a formal 120-hour+ TESOL certificate are exempted from the 2-year teaching experience requirement.
No criminal record; certified police clearance certificate is required.
Good physical health; medical examination certificate is required.
