Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time
Pay: $110,000 – $160,000 annually (DOE)

We are seeking an NP or PA to provide care for adult and geriatric patients in post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings. Responsibilities include patient assessments, managing acute and chronic conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, ordering diagnostics, coordinating care, and maintaining clinical documentation. On-call coverage may be required.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA-C program
• Active or eligible unrestricted license
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority (or eligibility)
• Board Certified / Eligible
• Medicare & Medicaid participation eligibility
• New graduates welcome
