Family Medicine Physician

We are hiring a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based care in line with FQHC standards. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions across all ages. Deliver preventive services. Manage chronic diseases. Order diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications. Document patient care in EMR. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Supervise staff. Qualifications MD or DO degree. Completed residency. Board certification or eligibility. Active medical license. DEA registration. BLS (ACLS preferred). Outpatient or underserved community experience preferred. Skills Strong clinical judgment. Excellent communication. Cultural competence. EMR proficiency. Team collaboration.
