Finance Manager - Ford of Pleasanton Location: Pleasanton, Texas Department: Finance & Insurance (F&I) Employment Type: Full-Time Ford of Pleasanton is seeking an experienced, driven Finance Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in the customer experience by providing professional, transparent financing solutions while maximizing dealership profitability and maintaining strict compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements. Responsibilities Structure and finalize retail and lease transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Present financing options, vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products in a professional and transparent manner. Submit deals to lenders, secure competitive approvals, and maintain strong lender relationships. Maximize F&I gross profit while maintaining a customer-first sales process. Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and required documentation are completed accurately before funding. Maintain 2.5+ product penetration and $2,500+ PVR performance. Monitor contracts in transit and promptly resolve funding issues. Protect customer information and adhere to dealership policies regarding privacy, cybersecurity, Red Flags, OFAC, Safeguards, and identity verification. Maintain compliance with applicable requirements including TILA/Regulation Z, ECOA/Regulation B, FCRA, FTC Safeguards Rule, Red Flags Rule, and state motor vehicle regulations . Qualifications Previous automotive F&I experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to produce strong F&I results while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of automotive lending, deal structure, and dealership financial processes. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
