A modern Italian Gold Coast restaurant is currently looking for an experienced pastry chef.
What we are looking for:
- an experienced pastry chef with a unique vision that will complement our cuisine
- at least three years of experience at a reputable restaurant
- strong sense of urgency
- desire to learn and improve on the craft
- Experience with developing a bread program is a plus
- strong communication skills
- Experience with pasta making is a must
- Ability to work well in a small team dynamic
