Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Executive Casino Host to drive gaming revenue growth by cultivating and maintaining relationships with VIP and high-value players. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for premium guests, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations through personalized service, event coordination, special accommodations, and ongoing engagement. From hosting exclusive VIP events to proactively developing new player relationships, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences that foster loyalty and increase guest visitation.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, customer-focused professional with 3–5 years of experience in casino operations, hospitality, player development, sales, customer service, or account management . Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced casino environment, possess outstanding communication and relationship-management skills, and have a proven ability to identify, recruit, retain, and reactivate high-value players. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, along with the ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications.
