We're looking for a passionate Medical Technologist (ASCP) to join our dedicated lab crew. If you're someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring accurate diagnostics and keeping things running smoothly under the microscope—this is your moment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running diagnostic tests: You'll be performing essential lab work across hematology, microbiology, blood banking, chemistry, and more—all to help guide lifesaving treatment decisions.
• Ensuring quality and accuracy: From calibrating machines to double-checking results, your eye for detail helps keep our lab safe, efficient, and reliable.
• Collaborating with clinicians: You'll work shoulder to shoulder (sometimes virtually) with physicians and care teams to interpret test results and deliver answers that matter.
• Mentoring and problem-solving: Got experience? Great. You'll help support newer staff, troubleshoot technical hiccups, and contribute to process improvements.

What You'll Bring:
