Physical Therapist Job Summary

Full-time physical therapist position in a 99-bed community hospital managing a diverse caseload of ED, OP surgical and acute therapy patients. The physical therapist will evaluate and treat hospital patients in collaboration with physical therapist assistants, hospitalists, discharge planning, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and nursing. The physical therapist will also evaluate joint replacement patients post-operatively, prior to discharge. The physical therapist will be included in rotating weekend coverage.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist License.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
