Pediatric Ambulatory RN Lead (Weekdays)

Novant Health is seeking an experienced RN Lead for their multi-specialty pediatric clinic in Charlotte, NC. This role supports key service lines including Pediatric Endocrinology and Genetics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on pediatric experience, including IV placement. The RN Lead will be responsible for coordinating care, managing prior authorizations, and ensuring compliance with clinic standards.
